How can a recording be added and "collected" when it isn't recorded and released? Curious.

I left out an important word, "commercial." My comment/question should read have read: how can a commercial recording be added to the database and "collected" when it isn't recorded and released?

Yeah, he's jumping the gun. But since he works for PS Classics, I think it's a safe bet that he'll be the first person who has a copy of this...
