Purple Dust - Studio Cast

If anyone here has either a physical copy of the recording or a scan or photos of whatever cast info is listed (whether on the jacket or on the label or on an insert), I'd greatly appreciate a posting with the info. I ask because on the page for the recording here, at present only four cast members of the stage production are listed: Gino Conforti, Jon Cypher, Ray Middleton, and Mimi Turque. Dell Brownlee, who seems not to have been in the stage production, is also listed here. So I'm wondering if this recording, intended only for minimal private distribution, had different people in place of some cast members of the production. Was the recording perhaps done after the production had closed? I can tell that there are more than five people on the recording. For one thing, Richard Kiley’s voice is recognizable in the few lines of dialogue in which he’s heard on the recording. Any help would be appreciated.
