Chess - 2003 Actors Fund Concert Cast

Does anyone know where a person can borrow a copy of this recording? CHESS is one of my favorite musicals. I've seen some clips from YouTube of this concert and Sutton Foster is one of my favorite Broadway stars. I would love to listen to the whole concert. Thank you.
