How to Format Dates
Dates should be entered as YYYY, YYYY-MM, or YYYY-MM-DD.

Dates for Recordings
When specifying a date for a recording, please enter the Year or Date the recording was made, NOT the date the recording was released (that would be entered for specific releases of the recording).
