Notes: The Phillip Street Theatre in Sydney staged its first revue in 1953 (entitled TOP OF THE BILL) and the tradition continued for almost twenty years. In 1960, a new production went on tour, simply entitled PHILLIP STREET REVUE, which was a compilation of songs and sketches from earlier incarnations of the show, including HIT & RUN (1954), HAT TRICK (1955), BIRTHDAY SHOW, TWO TO ONE (1955-56), MR & MRS (1956), AROUND THE LOOP (1956-57), CROSS SECTION and HEY DIDDLE DIDDLE.
