- The American Music Theater, located in historic Lancaster, Penn., will host a benefit premiere of its new musical revue HITWAVE on April 8, 2000. HITWAVE celebrates the sights and sounds, music and dance of the war and post- war years. This special tribute is sure to bring back special memories! The production will run through September, and a portion of the proceeds will go to the memorial. Admiral Thomas H. Moorer, former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, was instrumental in arranging this affiliation between the theater and the memorial.
