Does anyone have information on the composers, lyricists and origins of the songs in this show? I cannot find any information on them anywhere. I know Bernstein wrote "My New Friends" for the show, I know "Better" is Kleban, "Copacabana" is Manilow, "Don't Laugh" is from Hot Spot and "What Makes Me Love Him?" is from The Apple Tree. But what about "Up! Up! Up!", "My Mother Was a Fortune Teller", "Cheerleader" and "A Song of Lists"? Surely someone has a Playbill from this show. I'd appreciate the help!

I just realized that I could click on each song title and find the information, so please no one waste your time trying to help me anymore!! This database is a marvel.
