Roberta - 1944 Studio Cast (Kitty Carlisle)

I've just bought the Decca recording of Roberta/Vagabond King, but everything on the disc is one track out from what is listed in the booklet (and on the back of the CD case). For example the first song on the CD is "You're Devastating" and not the Overture to Roberta. the Overture is track 20. Strange... Is that the same for all the copies or just my copy?

Decca Broadway released some CDs with incorrect tracks (THE MERRY WIDOW/THE STUDENT PRINCE disc and the MEXICAN HAYRIDE/MARY MARTIN SINGS COLE PORTER disc) but I had not heard any reports of a problem with the ROBERTA/THE VAGABOND KING disc. My copy has all the tracks in the correct order.
