I managed to get a copy today: it lists Really Useful Records as publisher, Universal Music as distributor and Madách Színház (Madách Theatre) as artist (on cover, liner notes list all the performers - even the members of orchestra)... I gonna scan and upload all the covers during the weekend...

In Hungary it's available at every book and CD store... outside Hungary, well, it might not be... this site distributes it to some other countries as well: http://bookline.hu/product/home!execute.action?_id=11073
