where did you get this?

Since this has a back cover I was wondering if a physical copy actually exists. Was it made for cast and crew?

The tray liner looks very desktop computer home made, so my guess is that CD-R copies (a technology which came on the market in the late 1980s) were probably made and distributed as needed since file sharing services were not a prevalent in the early 1990s.

Thank you for your answer. I'm trying to complete my collection of Dutch cast recordings and I'm trying to find out what actually exists and what is fan made.

It's a soundboard recording cut down to imitate a cast album. I believe it was meant to be for the cast and crew.

I updated the entry to reflect it is a live recording.
