Face the Music - 2007 Encores Cast

I am, obviously, late getting to this thread, and for the historical record, having attended the wonderful production on opening night March 27, 2007, nearly 15 years ago, I like to note that my grandfather J. Harold Murray starred in the original Broadway musical back in 1932. He introduced "Soft Lights and Sweet Music," "Let's Have Another Cup of Coffee," and others as he portrayed Pat Mason. Sadly, there wasn't an Original Cast recording of that production. My grandfather Hal died before I was born, but he did have an illustrious Broadway career, opening the Ziegfield Theatre "Rio Rita" In 1927, as well as some early talkie musicals for Fox Studios in Hollywood. He had a rich baritone voice that was distinctive and distinguished based on records and films that I've heard and seen. Can't say enough.
