Alright, everybody loves a 'cute' show. No matter it is "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown" or "Avenue Q". The way of conveying a childish/ innocent yet philosophical idea using kid-play sound like an effective musical theatre piece. This musical, however, add something to it as well. The CAST. Concerning the content of this musical, it's just some letter-reading and short scenes combined together. The musical is neither preachy nor anti-god, but with an innocent style of humour and wit. The music by David Evans is kept small and simple, with good lyrics by Douglas J. Cohen. But the cast is the real star of the show, all under 15, contributed their gorgeous voices which can convey the idea effectively and professionally. Listening to them make one thought of Andrea McArdle on her splashing performance in "Annie". It's always a pleasure to listen to their vocals.
