A Christmas Story - 2012 Original Broadway Cast

I recently acquired a copy of this nine-track promotional release. It arrived in a plastic sleeve and looks like a CD-R, but with glossy full-color face art and an insert that is only printed front and back as shown in the listing photos, with two blank "pages" inside. Is this the same as what others have or was I sent a bootleg version? Thx!
