Adding collection to my profile

Can someone explain to me how to add my collection to my profile... I am sure it is simple but I'm not seeing how to do it...

You can search the database for a specific show, composer, performer or title in the upper-right corner of the screen. You then go to the specific recording you have in your collection and select the "+" next to the recording, where you can choose to add it to your collection or your wish list!
