Notes: Often cited as the first "Christian musical", this was first presented at St James Church, Bristol, in 1960. It was performed in an extended form in Christmas 1961, under the title "Man in time", and then again at the Royal Albert Hall in 1964. The latter version was filmed and presented on television as a four-part series.
