- Notes
- This recording (subtitled "A Musical Extravaganza by Bertolt Brecht") was based on Isaiah Sheffer's production, which toured the United States during the spring of 1967. For this production, Eric Bentley and Arnold Black collaborated on two original songs, "The Supernational Anthem" and "Song for an Army Chaplain." This recording also includes Bentley singing "Dear Old Democracy," four "small comments on large themes" by himself, with the musical settings again provided by Arnold Black.
