Notes
The stereo and mono editions of this LP are two separate recordings: the stereo concert, which included the song "Them There Eyes" was recorded at the Chicago Opera House on 29 September 1957 and released as Verve 6026; the mono concert, with "Them There Eyes" replaced by "Oh Lady Be Good" was recorded at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on 9 October 1957 and released as Verve 8264; both concerts were combined on the 1986 CD reissue, Verve 831 269-2 and several subsequent reissues.

Despite published references which state the date as October 19, 1957, the Chicago concert(s) were recorded on Sunday, September 29, 1957.

The Los Angeles concert has been misdated in some discographies as occurring on October 7, 8, or 25, 1957.  Originally scheduled for October 7, 1957, it took place on Wednesday, October 9, 1957.
