Tracks 1-8, 12-17 and 22 were issued on LP in 1972. On this first issue, Bud McCreery was credited with ”special vocal arrangements,” and Judd Woldin was credited with ”musical direction and arrangements.”
Tracks 9-11 and 18-21 were added to the 1977 LP reissue. A CD with all the tracks was issued in 1991.
On the 1977 and 1991 issues, McCreery was not credited at all, and Woldin was credited only with musical arrangements. It may be that all the tracks except 21 — Kaye Ballard singing ”When I Was a Little Cuckoo” live in a performance of The Decline and Fall of the Entire World as Seen Through the Eyes of Cole Porter — were recorded circa 1972 but some were not released until the 1977 reissue, since all the singers, except Ballard, who are on the 1972 issue were also on the 1977 issue.
Given that only one track added to the 1977 issue — ”Sweet Nudity” — has a vocal arrangement, and it does include ”special” elements (including lyrics seemingly not by Porter as they are not in the lyric as published in the Complete Lyrics book, which is also true for several other songs on this recording with ”special vocal arrangements”), it seems likely to have been McCreery's.
