This is actually NOT a work demo at all, but selected highlights from a musical discussion Schwartz did in October 2004. He invited two fellow composers, one or two musician friends, the Wicked fan club president, and his fan site creator to his apartment and played these cut songs. Schwartz also discussed the creation of several songs, his involvement with MULAN (before Disney replaced him) and how the MULAN songs are related to Wicked songs, etc. So the information on this site is incorrect. It was recorded in 2004 and is NOT a work tape.

much as I hate to discriminate, luvwicked did only sign up today so I think we should see if anyone else can corroborate this fact

I was in fact aware of a (i thought) separate recording of a 'conversation' with Stephen Schwartz and this does sound more like a conversation than a worktape...
