This Is the Army - 1944 Studio Cast

I just bought This Is The Army LP collection. I hope someone can tell me who the three cartoon characters are. A soldier is holding a Japanese character, and a soldier dressed as a woman is holding what appears to be Hitler and another character. Can anyone answer this question, who are the 3 cartoon characters? Thank you!
