Given this recording has exactly the same track listing as
http://castalbums.org/recordings/Aspects-Of-Andrew-Lloyd-Webber-1989-BBC-Concert-Orchestra/5575/
I don't think the artist is the Regency Concert Orchestra (whoever they are) despite it saying it on the CD cover, but the BBC CO. It's one and the same recording.
