This recording does definately not include http://www.castalbums.org/recordings/7515. They have nothing to do with each other except for the same actors who play Timon and Pumbaa.
It's a special flemish soundtrack from Belgium (not the Netherlands) that was recorded to promote the dvd release. There never was a flemish dub and this musical cast was created especially for this recording. All new recordings including the orchestra tracks.
