Max Goberman had been Dead for 8years when he allegedly conducted this in 1970 !!

1970 is the only date listed in all of the materials included with the LPs.

An article in the 1951-May-26 edition of The Billboard says "May 19—The first complete recording of John Gay's Beggar's Opera was issued this week by Desto Recording Company...".
