Has this ever been released on vinyl? Is it an official live recording or a bootleg?

I don't think the recording was commercially released in any form. It is a live recording, well edited, and my version, at least, has very professional artwork. When I compare it to commercially-released bootlegs like Breakfast At Tiffany's or Zenda the sound is significantly better.
