This is not a genuine cast recording but some strange compilation of most likely unlicensed tracks from various other official and unofficial cast recordings of Jesus Christ Superstar.

It used to be you had to sort your way through ten different discount CD releases of the same 12 tracks from a studio session of EVITA or CABARET, but at least then the manufacturer had to go through the effort of producing the CD. Now any boob can take some bad clip art, throw it on a server with some MP3 files and sell you the same material again with no disclosure and almost no effort. Sigh. The waters are muddier and it's only going to get worse.
