Is track 14 on the CD release "The Land Where the Good Songs Go" the same track that was on the LP release of Jerome Kern, Vol 2, sung by Blythe Walker?

No. On the CD, it is sung by Ann Hampton Callaway and chorus. There are nine or ten tracks on the KERN REVISITED LPs that did not get transferred to the CD releases.
