There is nothing in the available information about this recording to suggest there is an orchestra being conducted by George Greeley. The language on the front cover "Accompanied by George Greeley" suggest she was accompanied by George Greeley playing the piano. There is a clue in the drawing on the back cover which depicts a female singer accompanied by a pianist. Anyway, that is how I have listed it Greeley's discography on the Wikipedia article.
