Did American Morning - 2020 Studio Cast really come out?

The 2020 Studio Cast is not the one posted on Soundcloud. The Soundcloud verison has cast listed on each song's page, consisting of mostly unknown artists and the composer himself. It does not match the cast list in the press release. Also the Soundcloud version is a demo with only piano accompaniment, while you can tell from the clips posted on Timonthy's YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uXQvZb0Ymxo that it features a full band. All the press said it would be available on all streaming platforms, but I couldn't find any. It appears that for some reasons, it wasn't actually released.

i asked about this recording in a cast album facebook page someone who is a friend of the composer said the recording has been delayed
