Crazy For You - 1997 Japanese Cast

Does anyone know who plays "Bobby" and "Polly" on this recording?

This one was a challenge I thought I was gonna fail. I scanned the booklet and ran a Japanese-capable OCR on the image. The katakana is not too hard, but unfortunately kanji is just too complex. Also, the transliteration of the Japanese performer names is just too imprecise to translate back with any accuracy.

So after more digging on various websites the answer is:

Bobby = ボビー (Keiji Kato) Polly = ポリー (Chizu Hosaka)

Those are the first two items in the far right column (キャスト = Cast) of the image I uploaded. Just for fun, CRAZY FOR YOU translates to クレイジーフォーユー. I welcome someone fluent in Japanese to verify this. Thx!
