Countess Maritza - 1983 London Studio Cast

If this is a studio cast recording, why do the liner notes cite a director, a choreographer and a lighting designer?

A revival of Countess Maritza was done in February of 1983. (Before the recording.) The recording was done sometime in March of 83. So credit to a director, choreographer and a lighting designer seems fitting. The recording is the original cast from the 1983 staging. The show had not been staged since 1937 or 1938 I think ??? I do find it weird that no set or costume designer is credited in the liner notes.
