Note to forewarn anyone ordering from Sound of Music Shop that live outside of Germany, I just tried to order this CD (from the US), and they wrote back to inform me that the producers of the CD does not allow sale of the CD outside of Germany (Europe?) at this time, so they deleted this CD from my order.

It's back in stock at Sound of Music as of March 2012 and they will send it to the USA without any problems.
