I already got the physical copy, bought in the theater shop of Imperial theater, Tokyo.

However, besides the Theater shop, it might be available in some special shops in Tokyo, as far as I know.

Thanks! Amazon Japan did the trick. Meanwhile SoM has got the CD too and I could also get it through Rakuten.
