Broadway Records / Yellow Sound Label

So I'm confused by this. I see Yellow Sound Label posting about the new albums (like John & Jen and Nevermore) on their Facebook page, but some of them seem to be only produced by Broadway Records (I'm looking at the back of my copy of John & Jen, and it doesn't have Yellow Sound Label's logo on it, only Broadway Records). Is there a partnership between the two companies or not?

In all likelihood…and am guessing... Yellow Sound Label is a independent record label or a "boutique label". The job of Yellow Label then is to get the music heard. Broadway records job is to make the recording and packaging. So... yes there was and is a partnership between the two companies but... Broadway records gets it's name on the CD.
