Musicals that have to do with the American Dream

I am from Germany and currently writing a "skilled" work in English about the American Dream on the Broadway. I have to analyse a specific Musical that has to do with the American Dream - it doesn't have to be very clear but you should see some aspects of it. I hope someone could help me, i would be very glad.
