Lady Day At Emerson's Bar and Grill, staring Audra McDonald, will be recorded live in performance during the week of May 27 - 31. Produced by Tommy Krasker for PS Classics, the 2-disc recording will be released on July 15.

Composer Stephen Trask will produce the new Broadway cast recording of Hedwig & the Angry Inch, starring Neil Patrick Harris. Atlantic Records, which also released the original cast recording & film soundtrack, will make the recording available digitally on July 1, before hitting stores on July 15.

Stage Door Records continues its reissues of out-of-print London cast recordings this March with Andy Capp.

Based on the comic strip, Andy Capp opened in June 1982 at Manchester's Royal Exchange Theatre and later transferred to London's Aldwych Theatre in September 1982 where it ran for 120 performances.

The recording makes its debut on CD and has been digitally remastered from the original master tapes.

The cast of Broadway's CINDERELLA, including Laura Osnes & Santino Fontana, will head to the studio on Monday, March 18 to record their cast album. The production features songs from the original TV broadcast of CINDERELLA, along with songs from other Rodgers & Hammerstein shows. The recording will be released later this Spring by Ghostlight Records.

PS Classics is teaming up with off-Broadway's Classic Stage Company to record their revival of Stephen Sondheim's PASSION. The recording will be the most complete version to date, spanning two discs.

The cast, which includes [Judy Kuhn], Melissa Errico, & Ryan Silverman, will record the score on April 8. Producer Tommy Krasker expects the recording to be released on June 4.

Also due from PS Classics on June 4 is Judy Kuhn's first new solo album in 6 years. All This Happiness, based on Kuhn's March 2012 appearances at Feinstein's at Loews Regency, will feature music from Cole Porter, Cy Coleman, Stephen Sondheim and Adam Guettel.

According to a post on the Facebook page for the upcoming Broadway revival of PIPPIN, a new cast recording is expected.
